As fundraisers, we seem to simply accept that Face-to-Face and House-to-House recruitment means high attrition rates.
Why?
At WRVS, they don’t accept attrition as a given. They send a simple, digitally personalised A5 postcard after each of the first three Direct Debit claims for new donors. Each explains a different element of WRVS’s work and links it back to the donor using strong images and powerful, compelling copy.
